Since we’re too lazy to put out any new music, we decided to put out both of our existing albums on good ol’ compact disc (you know, those things that go in the hole in your car). The CD versions of both our new album, Old Blood, and our self-titled album are both available now in the merch section of our website.
In addition to being released on 12″ vinyl and digitally, our new album “Old Blood” is now available on cassette. Red cassette features the album art and insert includes free digital download code. Buy it at the link above or on Bandcamp. Or, like don’t, or whatever.
Not only is it the first weekend of Rocktober (!) but it’s also the last weekend before the release of our new record, “Old Blood.” To help us celebrate both, Decibel Magazine has posted a stream of our ENTIRE NEW RECORD! Check it our via Soundcloud above or go to Decibel’s blog, then pre-order the fuck out of the record from Halo of Flies.
The rad folks at CVLT Nation are hosting a stream of “Retreat” a song off our forthcoming new record “Old Blood.” Check it out via Soundcloud above or at CVLT Nation here.
Releasing our fucking BADASS new record on vinyl and tape simultaneously next month at Cafe Coda with our pals Armed for Apocalypse and The Shimmies. Fixin’ to play that sumbitch front to back, with some help from a few special guests. RSVP here.
We did a pretty good job making our new record and all that, but our friend Matt Loomis just KILLED it with the cover art this time around. The new LP will be up for pre-order September 2nd at the Halo of Flies website. In the meantime, fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkk yes.
We’re extremely fucking psyched to announce that our new LP Old Blood will be coming out later this summer on Milwaukee’s Halo of Flies Records. We’ve been working on this record for the better part of the last two years and it’s an immense honor to work with one of the most respected labels around on getting it out. The record is being mastered as we speak, and cover art is being covered (once again by the inimitable Matt Loomis) so we should have a solid release date very soon. In the meantime, go buy some records.
From now until December 28th, every order from the Gogmagogical Records merch store will enter you into a totally arbitrary, totally awesome drawing for one of the only seven vinyl test pressings of the self-titled Cold Blue Mountain record that exists, anywhere. Sound like something you’d be into? Read about it here
So you’re on the internet, which means that you could find our record for free in about 6 seconds using Google. And you know what? That’s cool. At least you (hopefully) listened to it! But maybe you’re like us, and you like your music the way you like your sex: physical, legal, paid for, loud, hard, REAL HARD…I mean, in hard copy format. Anyway, now’s your chance to pick up our self titled debut record in two badass formats, cassette and limited edition blue/white vinyl. The vinyl is only available from us, and is limited to 100 copies, most of which are already gone. So don’t sleep. Both the tape and the vinyl also include a download code, so if you’re not the illegal pirating type, you can get yourself a digital copy of the record as well. Both are HIGHLY suggested, and will only increase in value once the world realizes our greatness* You can find them both at our nifty little online merch store here. DO IT.
